Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised.

Now therefore let the fear of Yahweh be on you. Take heed and do it; for there is no iniquity with Yahweh our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of bribes.

Behold, Yahweh’s eye is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his loving kindness.

Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones.

Having therefore these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

The fear of Yahweh is to hate evil. I hate pride, arrogance, the evil way, and the perverse mouth.
