For you will light my lamp, Yahweh. My God will light up my darkness.

For they didn’t get the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them; but your right hand, your arm, and the light of your face, because you were favorable to them.

God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.

Make your face to shine on your servant. Save me in your loving kindness.

Yahweh bless you, and keep you. Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation nor turning shadow.

Arise, shine; for your light has come, and Yahweh’s glory has risen on you!

Turn us again, Yahweh God of Armies. Cause your face to shine, and we will be saved.
